There are many not so preferred areas in Canada, where there is always a demand. Most people prefer large cities such as Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, etc. These are mostly saturated, but with persistence you should find something even there. If you don't care where you live, you should definitely find a lot of openings in the area you mentioned.

No its I-485 I just cut and pasted the two emails I received, first at 10am then the second at 3 pm check online and the system had same messages. If its true I am having a party wow man thanks I did come to US in 1997. I do have a labor which was approved under RIR PD date 2004 but the employer refused to file I-140. Then again filed PERM in 2007 under EB2 and filed I-140/I-485 based on this PERM

I'm a South Indian and I have never had issues with Hindi or Hindi-speaking people. In fact, many of my friends are Hindi-speaking and I'm quite well-versed with the language as well (why not?). You cannot make a blanket statement saying that everyone speaking a particular language is rude or has bad attitude. Just goes to show one's ignorance.
Just look around and see what's keeping this country together? You can move from NY to LA without having to think twice. Try doing that back home ;)

This is the law firm i am using and i have nothing but excellent things to say about them. I am convinced that they truly care about thier clients. They have worked weekends to file my AOD/EAD/TA on time + as soon as the recent "july bulletin filp-flop" occured, they filed my H1B/H4 extension immediately so i could be eligble for a 3 year extension (as opposed to one). My employer pays them, but they work directly with me.

Paralegal: April Shepherd (she is the one who worked with me the entire time - even gave me her cell number so i could reach her outside office hours!)

The racism by AF might be true or might not be true as alleged. It may a transit visa issue alone or a purely a case of pathetic customer service. I would not jump the gun and side with the racist angle alone without more info.
As far as my experience with AF several years ago, the flight was not any more memorable than most European carriers I have flown. My baggage was delayed at Mumbai airport (baggage missed the connecting flight at Charles De Gaulle)...but they gave a me a free return ticket from my home town to Mumbai to identify and collect the bags. Further when I was back in the US they sent me an unsolicited check for $40 for the inconvenience caused!!

Insulting TheOmbudsman it's just not acceptable, I though we were all H1B educated people who are open to discussion, not just a child crying and insulting as soon as someone contradicts you.
I know many people who stopped comming to this forum (contributing), they just get tired of those insults. If someone has a different opinion, is immediately insulted

There are around 400 immigration litigation lawyers. If 10 members can volunteer and send this template it can be done. I am in between projects and I cannot devote any more time for this. If anybody takes control of this thread and contacting the lawyers I would be most happiest person. My experience is that whether an attorney is good or bad depends on the size of the sponsoring company. My boyfriend was working for a big company and got a really great service with Ogletree Deakins who have offices all over the US. When I was experiencing problems with my attorney, he highly recommended Ogletree and my employer contacted them, and our experience was really bad - they promised a lot of things, then realized it was a small company and was not so interested anymore.
That's why after LC got approved, we decided to file everything pro-se. We have had 3 different attorneys. My case started in 2001 and got stuck in BEC and a PERM case was filed to try to capture my PD from 01, and by looking at my signature you can guess what happened. So, lots of experience with attorneys, not one that could recommend.
